Never got hired or paid! Still fired!

I was hired to work in the bakery at a large grocery chain. After a couple months, I still hadn't received a pay cheque. Every two weeks, I would inquire with the cashier and every two weeks she never had a pay cheque for me.

One day the store manager came to me and said that the reason I've never been paid is because I never filled out this form. I looked at the form he handed me and to my shock it was a job application form.

I said 'of course I filled this out, how do you think I got this job, or do you really believe that you covered your eyes and blindly pointed to a number in the phone book and hired the person you pointed to?'

I got fired. And never got paid.
