I was working out on the floor of a Call Center at xxxx new to the floor I was talking to a co-worker and cleaning my desk since their were no calls coming in. A call came in and when you call in your name and other information pops up on the screen. My headset was dangling on the floor from the desk and I looked at the name and the gender of the person and name was Brody and I told my friend oh maybe this is the guy I work with at xxxx because I was working 2 jobs at the time and told her was this buff blond haired guy who look really nice. Then I took the call and a woman answered. I couldn't do anything but laugh and it was the kind of laugh that you can't stop no matter what you even start to cry. The women was so upset so I thought I had put her on hold but I had just push mute on the headset so she was just sitting in dead silence instead of music. The funny thing is she called back again to complain and I got the call again and when you call in your name pops up the patients record so they can see who this member has talked to and she wanted a supervisor to complain about me and my friend had went to the bathroom so I had no one else to fake like they were a supervisor. Well you know the rest I was FIRED.
