Fired by an OCD boss (October entry)!

I started with a company that was group of individuals that claimed to be a team and a family. The group and culture of the group was defined by the managing director; a woman. This woman, when she was in a bad mood (even though she made over a half a million dollars a year) would literally stamp her feet in the office. After a few months she started to do strange things. She would tell me to make sure all of the cans in the refrigerator were facing the same direction. she would go through cabinets and throw things on the floor telling me they weren't organized properly. I finally went to my supervisor and asked her what was going on. I was told that the director hated me because I had the things she didn't. Not only was I pretty, but I had an active social life, dates, flowers from dates and I was both bubbly and very intellegent. I had everything but her salary, so she wanted to fire me. I went on medical leave and she tried to fire me then but that is, um illegal. I was al
ready looking for another job, but exactly 3 months after my medical leave she fired me. Reason? She was threated by an attractive, smart, fun, and flirty individual who all the clients flocked to instead of her. It turns out I was the 16th person in my position in 3 years and the longest lasting one- 7 months.
