Driven out of a job (October entry)!

Phoned in for work and got an unfair Dismissal
I called into the office to find out my work Schedule for the week and was told to hold on and next Mr. xxxx got on the phone and informed me that my services were no longer needed. The first thing I did was ask why, what did I do. Mr. xxxxsaid that I had said something about the hours that I had worked and that I was not professional enough for their company and that a few customers had said that I was not professional enough. I have been working in the Transportation Business for 17 years. 17 years in Motor Coach driving and 3 or 4 years part time Limousine Driving.
I asked Mr. xxxxx if I could come in and discuss the reasons for my dismissal and he said no.

I said that this was not fair and I asked for one more chance because I really loved my new job and he said no, that he had made his decision.

I asked for the reason for my dismissal to be put in writing alone with the names of the people that he said complained about me and he said no.

I also asked if I could come in and bring the 2 receipts that I had for the gas and toll that I had spend my money on so it would be placed back on my pay check and he said no, for me to just mail them in.

I asked that Mr. xxxxwould leave a message for xxxx to call me and he said ok.

I had worked there for only 9 days and they had really worked me. I don't know if they just hired me to pull them out of a jam or what. Still I don't know why I was really fired!
