OK, it's really my husband's story. We were both working at a four star resort, in the recreation department, and my husband was asked to play Santa Claus for a Christmas event. They rounded up a couple of girls to be his elves, and gave them a small conference room in which to change into costumes. My husband went into the bathroom and gave the girls the room to change in, but found that the bathroom was too small for him to manage all the padding he had to put on. After the elves were in costume, he came out, stripped down to his underwear and put on the padding and the costume...and a few days later was fired for changing in front of the girls, who, by the way, didn't leave the room or ask him not to change in front of them. He ended up suing the resort to try to get unemployment benefits, which of course cost the company way more in attorney's fees than the unemployment would have.
