I worked for xxxxxx. in Kansas City, Mo. I had been there for 7 years at the time. One morning as the assembly line started I realized that I had no gloves. Had this been my normal job, I would have taken care of that already, but I was filling in at the last moment. I continued to work anyway as my hands began to get cut. I finally shut off the line after numerous attempts to hail someone. I knew shutting off the line would bring em right now. It did. The Superintendant showed up screaming before he even got to me. Why did I have his line down and so on. When I told him I had no gloves he had an annurism. Yelling and screaming he also started personnally attacking me and threatening me with bodily harm outside the workplace! At that moment I saw him notice another foreman coming and he quickly got right next to me and then lunged backwords. "You shoved me" he said. I'm like what? It was a good enough act to convince the other foreman who was still 20yds away. I was fi red for shoving a Stuperintendant.
