Fired for a verbal slip

 I got fired once, because I got in a minor argument with an employee and said "I don't give a f--k about this place". I said it out of stress as it was a very busy day and I was getting frustrated with everything. I later found out that the employee went and told my manager what I had said, after which he came and took me into his office, and told me to go home. I came back on my next shift and was told I'd get paid for 4 hours but had to go home again to await a meeting on another day with the GM. I had that meeting and was fired, or let go as the GM put it, on that day. This is all because the stupid employee couldn't keep what I said to herself. It wasn't even about her, but for some reason she felt it necessary to go and tell my boss.

you shouldn't swear at work, first of all, and secondly she SHOULD tell if someone is going around cursing when customers and others can hear. I mean really, show some self control!
