Startup with no job description or business model!

I took a chance on a start-up company as a sales rep for low pay and promises of big commissions. I knew it was a long shot, but I needed to work. Immediately the manager started dumping all sorts of jobs on me - fix the computers, order supplies, create marketing brochures, hire sales staff - you name it, I was to do it.

I asked him for a job description and a copy of the business plan so I'd understand what the company was looking to accomplish. After 3 days of song & dance, I was told there was NO business plan...sounded like a story from Dilbert's world. Shortly after, I left by "mutual agreement" - I agreed they were clueless about how to operate a business and they agreed to keep all the work I had done.
