Fired for Strong-arming CoWorker
I worked for a small, armed private security outfit. I found them to be very unprofessional and dangerous, often pointing their weapons at one another and practicing their quick-draw. After a month, I found the scheduling to be very erratic. One day, after working a 12 hour shift, my bedroom door was kicked in, and in storms some guy yelling for me to get out of bed. I had no idea who this guy was, so I jumped out of bed, and attacked him, throwing him to the floor, pinning his arm and dislocating his shoulder. I called the police. Come to find out, this guy was an employee of the same security company, and had been sent to my house to tell me of a schedule change. He never identified himself.Eventually, I was told my services were no longer required, and I had to turn in my badge. Later that same day, I called the police to report the discharging of firearms at a construction site this company worked for, as well as put in a call to the owners of the site. They lost one of their biggest accounts.
