I was working for a company that was union. There was talk of a strike so we were asked to come in early if possible. I advised my boss that I may be in early otherwise I will report on time at my required start time. Well that day I did not go in early and he asked where I was. I had reminded him what I told him the day before about I might not be able to report early. He advised me I was going on report and I told him he could not do that and I will talk with the union in the morning. Later that night I was in the cafeteria (that was closed) and I had stolen a .26 ice cream cone. It so happened that they had the freezer under surveillance because they were missing ice cream and did not know why. You can guess what happened. After I was caught two security guards escorted me out of the building. I guess they thought I was going to use the ice cream stick as a shank and take out my boss from letting me go.
