Fired from an unpaid job!
In my early twenties had aspirations of breaking in to the radio broadcasting feild. In order to get some "hands on" experience I took a position at The University of South xxxxxx, as an overnight Disc Jockey, from 11pm to 3am.This was an unpaid postion and the signal was broadcast over an obscure channel on TV. They had an average of 2 and 1/2 listners per hr. So one evening I came to work at 11, after working a 9 hour day at my "real" job( which, incidentally was roofing!)About 1:30 am I was falling asleep at the console, and I figured that no one was watching, I put a CD in on a loop and left.
The next day I was called in to the office and they let me know that they had been monitering the broadcast and then asked me not to come back. So I was actually FIRED from a job that I didn't even have in the first place!!
