I worked for the private student loan industry. I received a call from a gentleman that was trying to defraud the company for personal expenses that had nothing to do with tuition cost of books, fees to go to school. He stated.." I need money to keep up partying." He became verbally abusive called me a Northern Yankie(blank). This gentleman was from TX, Placed him on hold or so I thought. I said. If this idiot thinks he is going to abuse me for the next 31 minutes while I wait for a supervisor. I was fired, the customer heard me.
