I worked for a company ( when i was 19) who did classified work for the government. Nothiong sexy, just simple creation and production of things like the detectors for the LIRR that tested the breaking ball bearings periodicaly to make sure there wasn't a problem with over heating, and making one room air traffic controller rooms for edgypt among others.

Anyway, we created and produced these type things, and I was the head of the drafting room, meaning, I had sole controll of every schematic of all these things that the drafters made, the plans.

well we had a fire once in one of the welding areas, and the sprinklers went off, and the company began worrying about it's records, and put me in charge of copying everything and keeping it off site in storage.

whenever alterations were made, copies had to be changed, and that was frequent, so I went once a week to the storage, and was still making master copies.

and they were at the same time downsizing
I was ready to replace their 2 weeks of changes and new files ( they were in my trunk ) when they decided I was an unnecessary expendeture.

and I took their files with me when I went, and I won't say what I did with them, but let me say, they went out of buisness soon after. OOOPPPSSS
