nope im not a cheerleader!
So i get a job as a receptionist at a nursing home. I went in early, i was never late, i never missed, i even did extra work that WAS NOT my responsibilty. So imagine my surprise after one month, i was fired. (and it was on friday the 13th!)
they took me in the office and told me i was being let go because i was "not cheerleader-like enough". huh?! what?! i was so stunned i just signed the termination letter and walked out. I called my boyfriend and told him and he thought i was kidding because who would EVER be fired over something like that?
I do happen to know that my former boss's NIECE wanted the job, so I hope she doesnt last a week and walks out on them.
oh and the kicker is they told me not to hesitate to put in another application if something else came up!
