We don't need to work, we just want a paycheck!

I just got the heads-up from my immediate supervisor that there will be a necessity to schedule my entire staff for next Saturday at our department next weekend and I need to make sure everyone will be there, even if they were not previously scheduled, where we all will be spoken to separately.
My immediate supervisor and Regional Manager had just visited me a few weeks ago, where they talked to me about some "concerns" they were having about me, contrivances from ex-employee's. Nothing was written down, and as long as I fixed the "concerns" all would be well. But I had some concerns myself about my Asst. Msgr's work ethic and voiced those concerns to my immediate supervisor who shrugged off them off as meaningless annoyances.
So my AM and a few ex-employee's who have left the employ of our company, found a way to retaliate and create some concerns to send to my immediate supervisor about me. So as I alluded to earlier it appears I will be let go, "FIRED" unless I resign first. My supervisor at least gave me the heads-up, so I have sometime to prepare. This really stinks, because I know I have done nothing wrong and I really liked the work, but when you have people around you who are not pulling there weight and they blame you for a lack of poor work-ethic, well it just isn’t right!
