I had been working for a company 28 years. i was a technician working on both in house and customer equipment. I loved my job and the customers i have. I had built a very large customer base for the co. after work i was on my way home riding my motorcycle the thursday befor Easter. When a car stopped at a stop sign didnt see me took off going across the two lanes, hitting me almost headon with her left front throwing me app. 30 feet shattering my left hip and left hand. as i was healing i kept in contact with my shop office as 80 days approached I was asked to come into office as I walked in the manager flung a fax at me stating that my vacation time had been used up and I wasn`t able to return in under 90 days that I no longer was employed by them. As other jobs came open such as Parts Cordinator for which I was qualified for, I was not given the opportunity to apply. With no one having enough guts to talk to me about the reason as to why my employment was discontinued,
