The Lady is Insane

My boss is crazy. Every day I dread going to work because it is an 8 hour repetition of how she hates her job, hates her life, and everyone here hates her. I am her subordinate so I don't feel that I can suggest things to her, but the constant complaining makes ME depressed and angry. On top of that, she makes me do her online shopping, read personal emails for her, and other personal tasks that were NOT in my job description. She has begun crying in front of me and refuses to ask for help from her superiors. I come in every day hoping she will quit.
