How is this for messed up?
The COO, Head of HR, and the CEO have knowingly retained:- an entry level worker who was late over 30 times (documented) in just a few months.
- employees who feel asleep on the job who supervise patients
- employees knowingly hired with multiple felony convictions
- a middle manager who only answers email once a week
- employees who don't meet very reasonable productivity goals for over 6 months
- middle managers who openly talk to each other and laugh at quarterly meetings when C level executives are speaking
- managers that rejected a candidate because s/he had an incurable mental illness, and then decided to hire him 1 year later
Great judgment and leadership, no?
