Boss's dad fired me for not "gellin'"

My dream job; working at a newspaper. It's a small office, only 2 full timers; my boss, the owner, a 21 year old silver spoon who is as green as I am, and me. I was doing such a great job, writing front page news, selling ads, taking subscriptions, handling office matters, getting info from my connections in law enforcement. My boss's daddy has owned a small paper for 20 years and is showing him how to run it, holding his hand and coming in 3-4 days a week. 12 days in, he (dad) takes me in the back room and says that his kid (my boss) is not good at doing this kind of thing. He (son) thinks I am just not "gelling", no longer wants me there, wants me to leave NOW. My mind is blown. I am in shock. Since then, there is no news, just junk and filler. In a small town being fired after such a short time screws me. People don't know why and think I have done something wrong to get fired. Credibility, flushed away! Chances of finding a job in town after this: 0. Justification: 0.
I am starting my own FREE paper. Won't they be surprised!
