well i was working an 8 hour shift at paradise bakery and all day I'm being singled out for not smiling or not working but when i wasn't neither was anyone else now I'm about 6 foot 3 and weigh 300 some pounds but I'm working harder then anyone else I am the only one who takes out the trash the only one who cleans the mens room and when I am already busy doing something and one of my superiors asks me to do something I do it and try to get back to what work as soon as possible and what makes it harder is that none of the dishwashers speaks english so i have to try and translate what they say for a couple of minutes which makes me look bad so the whole day I was singled out by my district manager my manager and I think a assistant manager so I am close to quiting but then they go into a meeting so i calm down while they are in there but two hours later after the meeting and two hours before my shift ends my manager tells me "I'm going to have to let you go hopefully you can find a job more well suited for you because it seems like your heart isn't into paradise" well I'm okay but i felt like something else was the reason it felt like they singled me out because I was larger then everyone else and I also felt harassed so my mom comes to pick me up because I'm 17 and I dint have a license and my manager just avoids her like the plague so all I got was a vague excuse for why I was being let go and I felt like I had been discriminated because of my size. this is from the paradise bakery and cafe on signal butte and southern in mesa Arizona so if you feel this was wrong please boycott that store in general

Maybe you heart wasn't into it. Not everyone can be enthusiastic about every job. Don't worry about it, I don't think it had anything to do with size.
