A hilarious recording of an alleged elf prank-calling American Greetings to complain about the "Elf Toss" game available at American Greetings' website. The game is being shown on a web screen in the video and the elf becomes a little suggestive with the operator answering the phone - including the line "have you ever licked an elf?"
