Fired because of a haircut

Ok, Here it is.

I was a salesperson for a small market radio station. selling advertising. I worked 50 hours a week and was never late or sick.

I was in the office from 7-10 am and out in the field until 5:00 monday thru friday. I always took a one hour lunch, which was acceptable, according to hitler - aka my boss.

Keep in mind this was a very small town and everyone knew everyone.

One day ON MY LUNCH HOUR, he walked past a window front downtown where I happened to be sitting in the barber chair getting a hair cut. He noticed me smiled and even waived.

I got back to the office the next day and he started complaining that I should do that on my time, not his. He doesn't pay me on my lunch hour so it was on my time.
Besides, does he want me to look ungroomed when I go out and represent his company.

He fired me two weeks prior to me buying my very first house, which he was well aware of. Then had the nerve to say, I hope this doesn't effect your move to much.
