Fired Days Before Christmas

I began working at a well-known restaurant which I left another job I had for 7 months for. I had to do to weeks of training and take numerous exams...extensive training just to be a server. After training I worked on the floor for 4 days 2 of which were double shifts. On day 4 a manager locked the employee bathrooms refusing to escort employees or permit any use of the rest room facility the entire day. I was cut and was forced to use my cell phone in the bathroom stall of the guest bathroom. I was telling my ride that was already waiting that I would be out in a few minutes. Once I finished my sidework a manager called me in his office and began to yell at me claiming some customer said I had a disturbing and offensive conversation on my cell phone which was cussing. I then asked are u sure it was me. He cut me off told me not to try to lie that she identified me. However, no one but him seen this supposed customer. I was then fired by the gm 2 days later who did not allow any type of explanation either. I told her I needed the job that I was the only one working in my household and I had a two year to have a Christmas for. She did not care told me there were organizations to help families and need and told me shes sure I'll find another job. This was not even a week before christmas. I did not cuss on my phone and it would be impossible for a customer to determine it was me or if that was what was said. If there was a customer. I still havent been able to get hired and I have truely been trying hard.
