Hey stupid, you can't fire people over jury duty!
The fired worker in question was either an innocent guy who missed a couple of days of work to take care of his child and was later victimized for serving jury duty, or a lazy cretin who barely showed up for work, always arrived late, and never said anything about jury duty.
The judge found the employer guilty of being monumentally stupid. :eek:
