Applied for a new job thinking it was with a different company!

I had just started a new job with a wholesale supply company. I had been there about 4 months when I saw an ad in the newspaper for a position that I thought was better and paid more money. All it had was a post office box, so I sent my resume. To my surprise my resume went right to my current boss. I was called in immediately and told that if I was not happy with my current job I was now free to find a new job. I asked about the opening they had in the paper but I didn�t get that either.
